"This is
the best opening for an Ajith film. The film has approximately collected
Rs.9.21 crore on first day and is expected to finish the weekend on a
high note. The overall buzz has been positive, and therefore, the film
is expected to register a record weekend opening worldwide," trade
analyst Trinath told IANS.
Reportedly made on a budget of Rs.60 crore, 'Arrambam' had a solo release in record number of screens worldwide Thursday.
"We
are expecting the worldwide opening weekend collection to touch Rs.20
crore. Since the response to the film all over has been very good, I

going to very important as two other Tamil films are releasing," he
added.
Also featuring Arya, Nayanthara, Rana
Daggubati and Tapsee Pannu, 'Arrambam' is the story of a man on a
